From 5.0 onward, this is now called the Imprint and is applicable worldwide with new, optional fields.
From release 4.4 onwards, Complianz Privacy Suite (Premium) offers a new document, the Impressum. The Impressum provides the required information for commercial websites that target German and/or Austrian visitors, or by using the German language.
To conform with the “Allgemeine Informationspflichten Telemediengesetz” service providers must keep the following information for online services, usually offered for a fee, easily recognizable, immediately accessible and permanently available:
1. General information
The name and address at which they are established. In the case of legal persons, the legal form and the person authorized to represent them. And, if the information is provided on the capital of the company, the share capital or nominal capital and, if not all, the contributions to be made in cash have been paid up, the total amount of the outstanding contributions.
In Complianz, this information will be generated by your current website information, including your organization name. Please add your legal form if necessary. New fields which can be added are:
1. VAT number
2. Legal representation of the organization.
3. Capital Stock (Optional)

Details should include contact information for direct contact by e-mail and phone number. The e-mail will be made clickable by Complianz, as is standard practice for an Impressum.
3. Register of activities
In most cases, this would be the Chamber of Commerce of your country, but there exceptions. e.g., register of associations, partnership register or register of cooperatives in which you are registered, and the corresponding registration number.
If the service is offered or provided within the scope of an activity, which requires official approval, details of the competent supervisory authority are needed.

4. Information concerning ‘Liberal Professions’

In so far as the service is provided in the exercise of a profession within the meaning of Article 1(d) of Council Directive 89/48/EEC of 21 December 1988 on a general system for the recognition of higher-education diplomas awarded on completion of professional education and training of at least three years’ duration (OJ 1989 L 19, p. 16).
